Weapons: Slotted into a weapon, Royal Sapphire provides a bonus to Critical Strike Damage against Crowd Controlled Enemies. The bonus ranges from +12% to - Critical Strike Damage.

Armor: Inserted in armor, Royal Sapphire gives Damage Reduction while Fortified. The bonus ranges from 8% to -1% Damage Reduction.

Jewelry: When placed in rings or amulets, it improves Cold Resistance. The bonus ranges from 22.1% to -1% Cold Resistance.

Socketing Royal Sapphire
