Crafting a skull; For making an initial skull gem, 12,500 Gold will be required along with three chipped skulls. Therefore a skull base level will be attained.

Upgrade to flawless skull: In order to upgrade the next tier called Flawless skull, you will need three current tier skull gems and some gold in specific quantity. As for the upgraded cost of skulls however it may differ according to their present tiers.

Inserting Skull into Socketed Equipment
