I purchased the Battle Axe and after being asked for photo ID, Loltank all seemed a bit scary, however I did receive the Battle Axe like an hour later and Loltank worked perfectly. maybe to improve state you would need to verify things after purchase.
I have tried many sites to buy and sell Mantis Blade. Loltank beats everyone by far. Really pleased. Never felt the need to contact Loltank for after sales issues.
