↖ What is the Fire Totem?

For Shamans, this instrument is an important tool for casting destructive fire spells, increasing their allies' damage output, and getting numerous benefits. In all battles, it is necessary to maximize the damage potential of a shaman and also increase the overall damage output of the group. In order to use such powerful skills, shamans are required to go through some class quests related to each level as they progress.

↖ Accepting Call Of Fire

See your Shaman Trainer at level 20: accept The Call of Fire quest from him/her. Your trainer can be found in Razor Hill (53,43) / Valley Of Wisdom / Thunder Bluff / Bloodhoof Village – Durotar.

↖ Finding Kranal Fiss

Walk across to the bridge on west with respect to Razor Hill within Barrens or Go straight west until you reach Grom'gol Farm. Kranal Fiss will direct you further on your fiery quest there.

↖ Torch Of Eternal Flame

With Kranal's torch in hand, head down south across Durotar's bridge and then right towards mountains at (45,57). You will ascend up a rocky path to meet him for your next task.

↖ Gathering Reagents

Go south of Kranal and fight Razorfen Thornweavers for a fire tar. For reagent pouches check out Burning Blade Cultists in a cave near Razor Hill (53,30). Remember that drop rates may be low so patience is key.

↖ Crafting The Fire Sapta

Bring these items back to Telf Joolam. He will create a Fire Sapta for you—this will allow you summon the fire spirit.

↖ Summoning The Fire Spirit

Go to Telf's large shrine that is located in western part and use your Fire Sapta. One must defeat the Minor Manifestation of Fire, which appears – remember, it resists fire damage so be sure to use either nature or frost spells.

↖ Claiming Your Totem

Pick up a Glowing Ember from the spirit you defeated, ignite the Brazier of Dormant Flame. Bring your torch and ember back to Kranal Fiss to complete this quest.

Congratulations! You now possess the Fire Totem and can summon a Searing Totem to burn your foes. May your flames burn brightly and may all your exploits in Azeroth become legendary!
