Woodcutting - Tier D
Woodcutting is a skill that everyone hates because it's a pain to train. That being said, it does have some uses. It can be used to get pieces of harralander rocks at the Hefin Agility Course, and it can be used to chop Bloodwood trees for bolt runs. However, overall it is not very useful, so it should be placed in the bad tier.
Mining - Tier D
Mining doesn't really have that many uses. It can be used to obtain skilling offhand, but it doesn't offer much else. You can make money with Sand Crabs and the Arc, but overall it is a pretty useless skill, so it should be placed in the bad tier, below Woodcutting.
Cooking - Tier D
Cooking is probably one of the most useless skills in the game. It can be used to get chimes from the Arc, but other than that it doesn't really have any uses. It should be placed in the bad tier.
Fletching - Tier C
Fletching isn't bad, but it isn't very good either. You can bundle Bamboo, make Scimitars and Portkeys, and fletch Hide Arrows. It should be placed in the decent tier, slightly below Firemaking.
Fishing - Tier C
Fishing doesn't have many uses and is not very exciting. You can get chimes from the Arc and money from AFK Fish Flingers, but overall it should be placed in the mediocre tier.
Thieving - Tier C
Thieving, also known as the 100% Discount Skill, isn't very good. It has some uses, such as gathering Animal Stones and Seers' Village NPC thieving, but overall it should be placed in the mediocre tier.
Agility - Tier B
This skill is a pain to train, but it does have some uses. It unlocks shortcuts, including the Grand Exchange shortcut, and it can be used to make money through the Anachronia course. It also gives you more run energy, which is helpful when doing quests. Overall, Agility is a decent skill and nothing more.
Smithing - Tier B
Smithing is a good skill, though the uses are limited. It allows you to make Masterwork armor, which can be bought on the Grand Exchange. You also need Smithing to create items like armor spikes, alloy armor spikes, and Abyssal armor spikes. It also gives you the highest Invention skilling experience in the game, so it should be placed in the low decent tier.
Runecrafting - Tier B
Runecrafting is a good money making skill, as you can make Blood, Nature, and Soul runes. It is also needed for the Soul Altar, so it should be placed in the decent tier.
Farming - Tier B
Farming is a great money making skill and gives access to the Oasis Golden Flowers daily. It should be placed in the decent tier.
Crafting - Tier B
At first thought, Crafting isn't very useful, but it is used to create many important items. It is an achievement requirement, and you can make money with Earrings. It should be placed above Smithing and Agility.
Firemaking - Tier B
Firemaking is actually quite a decent skill nowadays. You have great money makers thanks to the Zygomites, and you need Firemaking for heat when Smithing. It should be placed in the decent tier.
Combat - Tier A
Melee combat, Magic, and Ranged should all be placed in the good tier. Magic is by far the best combat style, as it is the most versatile and has the highest damage output. It also has support skills, such as Crystallized Prisms of Restoration and Rapid Growth, and it is used in twice as many quests as the Ranged combat style.
Prayer - Tier A
Prayer is great for both skilling and combat. It has currencies such as Soul Split and Damage and Accuracy Boosting currencies, which are great for combat. It is also used to create incense sticks. It should be placed in the amazing tier.
Dungeoneering - Tier A
Dungeoneering gives access to drop cleaners, drop enhancers, and Crafting blueprints. It should be placed in the decent tier.
Divination - Tier A
Divination gives access to the Porter and Divine skilling locations. It should be placed in the decent tier.
Herblore - Tier S
Herblore has become slightly less useful than it was a few years ago, but it is still very important. Overloads and potions are key to PVM and Slayer, and Herblore is used to create incense sticks. It should be placed in the amazing tier with Prayer.
Slayer - Tier S
Slayer is a great money making skill and gives access to charms, high-level combat money makers, and your own personal Slayer dungeon. It should be placed in the amazing tier.
Invention - Tier S
Invention is the most important skill in Runescape, as it gives access to skilling and PVM perks, skilling outfits, and machines. It should be placed in the amazing tier.
