Once you've completed all of the Medium tasks, you'll receive rewards such as an Antique Lamp, Gomel's Help, Royal Scepter, OSRS GP and a Hardcore Scroll.

 

Hard Tasks

The Hard tasks in the Combat Diary are the most difficult and require a bit more skill and experience than the Easy and Medium tasks. The Hard tasks include killing the Grotesque Guardians without being hit by any lightning attacks, killing Cerberus without any of his summoned souls being spawned, and killing the Kraken without leaving the area. Once you've completed all of the Hard tasks, you'll receive rewards such as unlimited teleports to the God Wars Dungeon, a 5% increased chance to receive a Hard Clue Scroll, and the Dwarven Multi-Cannon which can now hold 45 cannonballs.
