Xiao will stay on the stairs, unable to attack you directly. However, even a slight movement can trigger her to attack, leading to your demise. Farming Palace Maiden Xiao can yield valuable loot like Tempo the Greatsword, Coated Bow, Death Grip Entree, and Jeweler's Gloves.

Baines offers several solo strategies, but we'll focus on one for this guide. Stand still and range him from a specific spot. Baines will become confused, allowing you to take him down with relative ease. Keep in mind that this method takes a long time to solo, so grouping up is highly recommended. However, if you find yourself in a position where you need Baines' drops and need help finding someone to help, this strategy will work. Loot from Baines includes Glowing Sap, Earring of the Hallowed Soul, Bear Form Recurve, Luck Bow, Envy Malevolence Earring, and the Shovel Grade Ax.
