Diablo 4 S2 Fast Farming T100 Dungeons Tornado Druid Build

Diablo 4 offers a plethora of character builds to explore, but today, we'll dive into what many consider the best Tornado build in the game. With a 2-minute and 40-second T100 Dungeons clear time, this build is a force to be reckoned with. In this guide, we'll break down the intricacies of this build, from its origins to gear recommendations and gameplay strategies.

Diablo 4 S2 Fast Farming T100 Dungeons Tornado Druid Build

The Origin of the Build

The Tornado build we're discussing has its roots in the work of the original creator, Sanum, and his Storm Wolf build. Over time, the build has evolved, with optimizations from players like me, who've delved deep into Diablo 4's mechanics. We've moved beyond older iterations, such as Grizzly Rage, which has since been nerfed, and developed a more efficient approach.

The Key Advantages

One of the standout features of this build is its independence from Grizzly Rage.

While many builds still rely on Grizzly Rage, we've found superior alternatives.

Here's why this variation shines:

  • We decouple from Grizzly Rage, freeing up our skills for other uses.
  • Our mobility and move speed remain maxed out without Grizzly Rage.
  • We can exit Grizzly Rage form and Werewolf form, enabling crucial upgrades.
  • Hunter Zeni, an essential component, receives significant buffs, making this build stronger than ever.

Gear Recommendations

Let's explore the gear that makes this build formidable:

  • Weapon: Look for a weapon with the Shepher Aspect, granting a 20% damage boost per companion.
  • Gloves: Prioritize tornadoes hitting up to three targets, with critical chance and attack speed.
  • Boots: Seek Ghost Walkers with Spirit cost reduction and move speed.
  • Amulet: Opt for Cor skills dealing extra damage, with speed cost reduction and ranks to Venom.
  • Rings: Choose Ring of the Stampede for 30% damage multiplier and resource generation.
  • Medol Glee: Highly recommended for its three ranks, damage, and life.
  • Helm: Essential for Tempest Roar; you can't play without it.
  • Hunter Zeni Beast: A powerful amulet to have, enhancing your build's effectiveness.

Talents and Skills

Here's a breakdown of the talents and skills that complement this build:

  • Maest: No longer constrained by Grizzly Rage, we can now use Iron FEA and C Talons.
  • Talents: Prioritize Perfect Storm, Quick Shift, Defiance, and Circle of Life for healing and damage.
  • Toxic Claws and Neurotoxin: Leverage these skills in combination with Venom for maximum effect.
  • Hurricane: Classic combo with damage reduction.
  • Treads So Ravens: Enhance your attack speed, critical chance, and resource generation.
  • Predatory Instinct: Boost your critical chance, further increasing resource generation.
  • Tornado: Max out this skill with vulnerability as your passive.

Paragon Board

The Paragon board for this build is meticulously crafted for both damage and survivability:

  • Territorial: Invest in Dexterity nodes to maximize damage.
  • Inner Beast and Undaunted: Enhance your damage potential and durability.
  • Earth and Sky: Leverage the multiplier and Spirit generation for cor skills.
  • Fang and Claw: Benefit from damage to poison enemies and damage reduction.
  • Last Carnage: Prioritize this for additional damage and the Werewolf glyph socket.

Vampiric Powers

Discover the vampiric powers that make this build even more potent:

  • Undying: Skills grant 3% life, ensuring sustainability.
  • Pray on the Weak: Apply vulnerability to enemies, improving damage output.
  • Metamorphosis: Granting Unstoppable, crucial for activating T-Bolt Wheel.
  • Sanu Brace: Capitalize on the 8% crit chance for added damage.
  • Revenuso: Boost your attack speed based on your move speed.

Gameplay Strategies

Mastering this build is straightforward:

  • Activate Debilitating Roar before engaging enemies and kill something to reset its cooldown.
  • Use T-Bolt Wheel when encountering new packs of foes to maximize resource generation.
  • Poison Creeper can be useful for applying poison to distant enemies and increasing crit chance.
  • Ravens provide additional crit chance, making them particularly effective against bosses and elite packs.
