↖ Phase 3 Prep

You'll need three souls and at least 15 seconds left on each of your conjures as you're finishing up Phase 3. Dismiss and resummon them with an Excalibur or similar item if they get low. Keep an eye on your ability tracker.

↖ Entering Phase 4: The Soul Strike Technique

When you enter Phase 4, cast Soul Strike twice back to back. The first breaks his freedom and the second stuns him in place. Then use a Death's Swiftness special attack to get to the phase point (don't worry about adrenaline, just spam Soul Strike till he hits the HP cap).

↖ Conjure Timers / Anticipate

At the phase HP dismiss and resummon your conjures for max uptime (use Excalibur or remove lantern). Switch into Clearheaded four perk pants for an extended Anticipate duration so that volcanic golems don't stun you out of Anticipation. This is crucial.

↖ Fonts Strategy

Build Souls at each font and use Divert for extra adrenaline if necessary. Position yourself to minimize golem attacks and stickies are good to immobilize them when needed. Right before a font depletes, cast Anticipation for stun protection (not Freedom). Right as he starts anima bombing spam Soul Strike calmly until he phases instead of panicking.

↖ Final Font / P5 Transition

In the third font refresh conjures and cast Soul Sap at least twice before phasing into P5. Use Blood Siphon to heal without eating right before the phase.

↖ Edge Cases: 0 Adren / Misstun

No adrenaline? Just keep doing Soul Strike repeatedly and you'll be fine. If Telos moves out of position from a missed stun, adjust your timing slightly but still stick to the main strategy.

This is a safe, consistent way to kill Phase 4 Telos with Necromancy in Runescape 3. It's not the fastest, but it's great for pushing limits or maintaining killstreaks on Hardcore Iron Man accounts.
