I was disappointed with my Diablo IV Igneous Core. It didn't work as expected, and customer support didn't resolve my issues.
I'm loving Diablo IV Igneous Core! It's almost perfect, just a minor issue. I'm rating it 4 stars, but it's still a great product!

As Diablo 4's Season 3 rolls on, Blizzard's fresh loot RPG graces players with a new endgame initiative: Igneous Cores. These cores are essential for anyone brave enough to challenge the Echo of Malphas within the Vault of the Loom - a location that Diablo fans haven't even been able to penetrate yet. Here's how you can find and use them in your journey.
Igneous Cores hit Diablo 4 alongside patch 1.3.0a as an essential part of progressing through your endgame questing. The items act as keys to unlock the mysterious Vault of the Loom and activate Pearls of Warding, which boost Zoltun's Guard stacks in World Tier 4 gameplay.
Igneous Cores come from combat scenarios where players face high risks to win big rewards. Risk Zones host encounters where defeating Heralds of Malphas will earn some cores; these illusive foes must be summoned using Elemental Cores and Shattered Stones.
Beating the Son of Malphas, who spawns inside Nightmare Vaults or during events like Arcane Tremors, could also yield Igneous Cores. Keep in mind that this enemy has significantly more health than most normal monsters, so it might take a few tries if you don't have optimized gear already.
Once obtained, Igneous Cores open up access to the foreboding Vault of the Loom. As detailed by Blizzard, this area becomes available after completing specific challenges throughout Diablo 4 Season 3 Questline at World Tier 4. For context, Pearls of Warding have been replaced by these cores as mandatory items needed to unlock portals into massive areas like the Vault.
