How can I get a Mucus-Slick Egg?

To obtain it, you will need to defeat Varshan the monster who is summoned up in The Malignant Burrow near the Tree of Whispers.

You have to collect things like Gurgling Heads, Blackened Femur, Trembling Hands and Malignant Hearts to proceed.

These items can be obtained from Whispering Caches or various world events.

Once you summon Varshan and defeat him, he will drop Mucus-Slick Egg. 

Remember that only the person who summoned Varshan gets an egg.

Application of the Mucus-Slick Egg

When combined with Shard of Agony (Dropped by Grigoire) it summons Duriel from its lair which has unique loots that distinguish players.
