To start, you will need a Deafening Essence and about 36 Divines, which will cost about 70 Divines in total. This craft is a bit expensive, but it is worth the investment for the end result.
The first step is to get the essence tier of cold damage, then high fire and high lightning, preferably essence tier t1. These will be expensive at two Divine a pop. You can also get lightning resistance and voice if it is t1.
Once you have these in place, you will want to reforge lightning with prefixes that cannot be changed. Then, you will forge fire with a tier five and continue rolling tier three, tier seven, etc. until you reach tier one. On the open suffixes, try to get increased physical damage, increased attack speed, and increased lightning damage.
Now, you can augment the bow to get the desired result. This will be expensive as you only have one chance to hit it. Augmenting will give you increased physical damage, increased attack speed, and a level one Blood Rage with increased attack speed.
Finally, you will want to get a Forbidden Trove Ashling Slam. This will cost around two to three Divines each and will get you the desired result.
