In terms of single-target DPS, this build provides a decent clear speed but doesn’t go beyond "pretty okay".  It's not about being the best in the world, it's about the visceral pleasure of throwing shields and hearing them crunch. • Core Concept: This build is focused on evasion scaling on your shield that is then converted to flat cold damage.
• Eternity Shroud Trick: Chaos damage done through shaped gear. The main thing? Every piece of equipment should be shaped in order to bypass chaos resistance.

↖ The Gear (Crafting and Scaling)

• Shield: Aims for high evasion (around 1300) and some energy shield. Dense fossils are your go-to for crafting.
• Armor: All energy shield gear works here. Put on eternity shroud for that chaos damage bonus.
• Weapon: It's a stat stick – Elemental attack damage and chaos damage is what you're looking for.

• Main Attack: Spectral Shield Throw w/ Fork, Return Projectiles, Cold to Fire, Inspiration & Critical Damage Support gems.
• Wither Totem Setup: For boosting your chaos damage.
• Utility and Movement: Frostblink, Herald of Ice, Shield Charge, Grace, Haste – all these skills boost mobility or provide buffs to characters.

• Trickster Perks: Evasion, energy shield and critical strike chance are what to pursue.
