Then look no further, as we have got you covered with all the details you need to know about the 2023 Old School Runescape 10th Birthday Event. To get started, head over to Lumbridge and talk to Patty Seer, located in the castle next to the Lumbridge Cook. Agree to start the event and then head over to Bob in the Lumbridge Act Shop, just southeast of the castle. Talk to Bob about the birthday event and he'll give you a prized cake tin.

Head back to Lumbridge Castle and talk to Patty Seer again. North of the General Store you will find a Goblin wearing a black hat named Worm Hands. Ask him about his hat and then head back to Patty Seer. Towards the end of her dialogue, click yes to get teleported to the party room. Go to the southeast of the party room to talk to Party Pete and show him your cake. Then go to the northern wall of the party room and talk to Archmage Cedrador. Afterward, go back and talk to Party Pete once again. Check all the cakes submitted by contestants by clicking on the cake on the table in front of each person.

Once all the cakes have been checked, talk to Party Pete once more. Click yes to tell him that the cakes will then be judged, and then a cutscene will play. After the cutscene is over, talk to Party Pete again and then go back north and talk to Worm Hands to tell him that he won the competition. Finally, talk to Party Pete one last time and you will have completed the 2023 Old School Runescape 10th Birthday Event. As a reward, you will be awarded a Dragon Candle Dagger, a Birthday Outfit, a Birthday Plush, a 10th Birthday Cake, and some 10th Birthday Balloons. If you haven't unlocked any previous birthday items, they will also be unlocked. Don't forget to check out the cool history exhibits in downstairs the party room.
