Farming Path of Exile Divines Orb in League Start

Are you looking to make a couple of hundred Divines in the first weekend of the Path of Exile launch? Maybe even get a Magebane or complete a major plot by the end of the first week? This guide is for you. The key to making currency quickly is having a strong build that doesn't require a lot of investment, knowing when it hits its power spikes, and running the content that yields the most Divines per hour.

Farming Path of Exile Divines Orb in League Start

Most currency-making strategies in Path of Exile yield around six Divines per hour, but during launch week, you don't have the Atlas passive points, which means you can't rely on the Atlas for currency. However, there are other strategies, such as delving, heisting, running Simulacrums with leveling gems, and others that don't involve the Atlas. In the beginning, spend your time farming other content instead of completing your Atlas. You can always complete it later when you're completing challenges.

When you reach maps, try to get your map's timing to around five to six hours. Even if it takes you 12 hours, the main idea is the same: you don't want to bother with completing the Atlas, enjoying the new league, or experiencing the league mechanic. If you want to make real currency like at least 50 Divines per day, maybe even 100 to 150 Divines per day, which is quite possible, you need to be very efficient and focus on the one mechanic that yields the most currency. When you hit a power spike, ignore other mechanics and just focus on that one. Don't spend time in hideouts, trading, or making small trades trying to find good items. All of that will just slow you down.

You can make some trade filters and bookmark them on your browser. Even activate the live searches and do those trade searches efficiently. However, you don't want to spend a lot of time looking up items. You can make the searches prior to the league start and have a couple of active live searches for items that are worth a lot in the beginning. Put a cap on how expensive you want the items to be when you make the filters.

In summary, during the Path of Exile launch week, focus on a strong build that doesn't require a lot of investment, know when it hits its power spikes, and run the content that yields the most Divines per hour. Don't bother with completing the Atlas or experiencing the league mechanic. Be very efficient, ignore other mechanics and just focus on the one mechanic that yields the most currency. Finally, use trade filters to make quick trades, but don't spend too much time looking up items. With these strategies, you can make a couple of hundred Divines in the first weekend and reach your currency goals quickly.
