Welcome to the FFXIV Crafting Guide for Splendorous Tools in Patch 6.35. Splendorous tools provide a significant bonus to quality increases when they are in good condition. In this guide, Kylee will be taking you through the steps of obtaining, upgrading, and crafting with the Splendorous Tools.

 

 

First, you must obtain the quest from Chora Zoe and watch the cutscenes to start the quest line. After that, you'll be rewarded with a Coffer for your first Splendorous Tool.

 

The process of upgrading to a Crystalline Tool requires two stages. For the Dedicated Tool stage, you must craft at least 20 items with your Splendorous Tool to receive an Augmented Splendorous Tool. This stage requires at least 1,500 White Scripts for each tool after the first one, as well as at least 1,000 White Scripts for crafting materials.

 

For the Adaptive Tool stage, you must craft at least 30 items with your Augmented Splendorous Tool. This stage also requires 1,500 White Scripts. Additionally, you can use high-quality crafting materials here. It's important to turn in items at maximum collectibility, as this will grant you three turn-in items towards the Relic instead of one.

 

When crafting with a Splendorous Tool, you need a food buff to increase your stats. We recommend High-Quality Jenga, Biryani, and Craftsman Syrup. You can also equip a Soul of the Crafter for an added bonus to your stats. The better your stats, the easier this process will be.

 

To craft a 3700-difficulty recipe, we recommend the following macro: Progress Phase - Muscle Memory and Veneration; Quality Phase - Innovation, Basic Touch, Standard Touch, Advanced Touch, Preparatory Touch, and Inner Quiet. To restore durability, use Manipulation and Masters Mend. To increase quality, use Innovation, Basic Touch, Standard Touch, Advanced Touch, and Preparatory Touch. To finish the craft, use Great Strides and Beer God's Blessing.
