Curse-on-Hit Rings are a great way to make a profit with little Budget. All you need to do is reforge a Hunter ring to get the Caster mod and then use Harvest to roll for a good curse-on-hit mod. You'll also be able to craft the life and resists onto the ring as well. If you're lucky enough to get a really nice one, the profit margin can be quite high.
