Manor Lords Alpha Applications Open
Slavic Magic still has a lot of work to do on the city-building RTS Manor Lords, so he still hasn't announced the premiere date, but will soon show the project to the public.
Applications for participation in the limited alpha testing are being accepted in Discord:
* Send a PM to the AlphaBot bot with the !alpha command;
* Answer a few questions;
* Wait for confirmation email.
The Polish developer has achieved a lot over the past couple of years: received an Epic MegaGrant from Epic Games, teamed up with NVIDIA to add DLSS, and found a publisher in Hooded Horse, and the game will appear not only on Steam, but also on GOG and GeForce NOW.
Changes have also been made to gameplay: building placement, camera and zoom, time and location (late 14th century Holy Roman Empire), characters, AI, combat, animation, trading, rebellions, and more. For example, for the sake of realism, sheep now do not just appear on the farm at specified intervals-cattle traders have been added to the game.
To record the soundtrack, Slavic Magic turned to Pressure Cooker Studios, with which giants like Epic Games and Netflix collaborate. The music is created on a tight budget, on the edge between cinematography and authenticity.
The release date for Manor Lords in early access on PC (Steam, GOG) and GeForce NOW has not yet been determined.
