Our primary weapon will be a Synthesis base bow. Ideally, you'd want one with a chance to explode, but these can be expensive (around 150 Exalted Orbs). If you're budget-conscious, consider a Synthesis base with +1 to Level of Socketed Support Gems. Other good options include spells having a chance to deal double damage or increased spell damage. For the more budget-friendly option, the Assassin Bow with a valuable implicit can also work.

To craft this weapon, we'll use Deafening Essence of Woe. Aim to roll Tier 1 Global Critical Strike Multiplier. This might require around 36 essences. Afterward, remove all other modifiers, leaving only spell damage and crit multiplier. Then, craft Can have up to three crafted modifiers and Cannot roll Attack modifiers.
