Retro Games and Koch Media announced the mini A500 appointed appropriately, introducing new fans to your A500 and allowing former fans to dive into nostalgia. It is inspired by the home computer system, Amiga 500, which included a 16/32-bit processor, 512 KB RAM and a range of custom chips for sound and video. These are specifications.

It offers 25 games, including Another World, Simon The Sorcer, The Chaos Engine and Worms. I heard about Another World and Worms. Everything else is a mystery for me.

Although it comes with 25 games, you are not limited to these titles. You can load your own games via a USB key with full whndload support and a backup and recovery function.

A500 Mini will include a classic 1.8 m wired USB mouse, a 1,8 m wired precision buttons and a USB-A power cable to USB-C and an HDMI cable, allowing Total compatibility with all modern TVs. The other features include a game backup function, a screen refresh selectable at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, a CRT filter, and several scaling options.

I am actually pretty interested in this mini-console. While the mini nes and the mini SNES were neat consoles, I actually played these consoles. I am in fact much more interested in mini-consoles like the A500 that include games that I have never heard of a system that I have never seen before. From a historical point of view, it's just a lot more interesting.

Now, will it be good? I have no idea, but the ability to apply a CRT filter and download more games gives it interesting features. I love going back and watch classic games I have never really had the chance to play before.

The A500 Mini should be started early 2022 for $ 139.99. It's definitely a very high price for a mini console, and I can see that it can potentially repeat people who are not nostalgic from the A500.
